Refund Conditions

• Online Workshops
  

You can request a refund of your ticket up to48 hours priorto an online workshop. Online workshop mean we will meet through a webmeeting client, which requires a stabile internet connection and a suitable device to join the workshop.

• Live Workshops
  

You can request a refund of your ticket up to 72 hours prior to a live workshop. Live workshop mean we meet in person at a place, named in the booked workshop.

How to request a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund request is accepted, your ticket for the workshop will be refund within 48 hours from request acceptance.

Cancellation of the workshop

Workshops will only take place if at least 4 people signed up....
.....48 hours before an online workshop
.....72 hours before alive workshop

In case of cancellation, we will inform you via email and refund your ticket.

Refunds

You will be notified once enilas art received your refund request. Enilas art will let you know if your request was approved or not, following the below named timelines. If your request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please kindly remember that it may take some time till the refunded amount is entered, because your bank or credit card company needs time to process and post the refund. Thanks
